Exercise & Rehab Equipment Product Returns

Before returning any product you must speak with Exercise & Rehab Equipment. Within 30 days receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in new condition with original packaging and accessories. All shipping charges are your responsibility. At Exercise & Rehab Equipment our goal is to make certain that you order the product you want and need to reach your fitness goals.

At Exercise & Rehab Equipment we strive to keep our web site current on all shipping times, and practices. However if you have any questions about shipping please call 1-800-USA-1232. Most of our products ship via Motor Freight. Most items will ship within 5-10 business days of your completed order.
All shipments are curb side, and you the customer may be responsible to help unload the item. Some of our shipping partners do offer expanded shipping services, and you are free to make those arrangements at your own cost. If you live in a rural area, or an area that is not easily accessible for semi-trucks you may have to make arrangements with the Freight Carrier to have the item delivered at another location.
In the event that a back order may occur, we will fill your partial order then we will send you the remaining items as soon as possible.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages upon delivery. Noting any damage to the delivery driver. If you accept damaged shipment without noting the damage, we may not be able to give you a complete refund. Please call us as soon as possible, if you discover any damage to your product.
